Francesca was responsive and kind, unfortunately the drill doesn't come with the points to use it which I feel should be included when hiring a tool like this, as someone who doesn't own a drill won't own the bits to go with it. I had to hire another drill the same day. I am grateful that she allowed for a partial refund. Many thanks!
