I'm so happy with how this entire process went. Valentino was incredibly helpful throughout, was incredibly friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. I'd never used this service before and he was so helpful. The machine itself worked like a charm and cleaned my entire sofa perfectly! Communication was fantastic throughout and he was so helpful to adjust my request due to time issues on my side. Could not recommend him more, thank you so much for everything!
