This is a total scam. Do not trust this renter. You cannot collect in person, you can only pay to have a courier deliver to you, a payment they ask you to make outside the Fat Llama system. I got a contact number but they point blank refused to speak to over the phone, citing some BS about maintaining clear standards of communication. What could be more suspicions? Avoid like the plague.
