Very frustrating to communicate with. Gives pre-written responses like an AI chatbot, have to message repeatedly for a reply and was late to both the drop off and the pick up! Would not use again

The item itself was in great condition, but where the renter said light gels would be provided, they put small squares of red and green coloured film; should have been CTO and CTB which is standard for controlling balance. Also, the pickup and dropoff location was incredibly inconvenient and inaccessible. It can be a lot of heavy kit and the renter should be more considerate of this.
