Printer Rental – Emergency Printing / Takeaway Option The printer works correctly and can be: Taken away for the rental period, or used on-site for printing (we can complete your printing at our address). Ideal for emergency printing needs, e.g., libraries or print shops are closed and deadlines are approaching. Important Notes / Terms: If you take the printer and struggle to set it up on your computer (E.G. installing necessary software or drivers, compatibility issues, connecting to your network, etc, downloading apps.) This is not our responsibility. No personal instruction will be provided. You can ring Epson Customer service open 9-5pm Mon - Fri No refunds will be given due to user setup issues. Before rental, a short video will be taken to show the printer/scanner is fully functional. The printer comes with ink included and are always kept topped often with spares. Printing over 20 pages will be charged additional at £0.18 per page, paid which is cost. Number of pages printed will be visible on my online account. By renting, you agree to the above terms. If you like, I can also write a snappier, more “Fat Llama-friendly” version that’s optimized to attract renters while keeping all your rules intact.
