Good communication, helpful putting together a custom package. The gear was less maintained than I would have expected - one of the tripod's arm gears was completely stripped leaving it useless for moving the head. The light stands were also sticky and did not raise/lower well. The lights were in good condition. I had to wait an hour to return during their "opening hours" because nobody was there when I arrived.
