Unfortunately, on that day we couldn’t arrange delivery to your chosen location, and the exact pickup point was shared with you before the rental was confirmed and paid for. If this didn’t suit your plans, you were of course welcome not to proceed with the booking. For future rentals, we will make sure that any location changes are communicated as clearly as possible.
