Discalimer All equipment is rented at the client’s full risk from the moment of collection until the moment of return. The client accepts liability for all damage, functional or cosmetic, to drum shells, hardware, accessories, bolts, screws, fittings, and any related components. Liability includes dents, scratches, deformation of shells, bending or warping of hardware, and any damage to drumheads that renders them unplayable. The client is also liable for all non-cosmetic damage to any supplied cases, hard or soft, including rips, broken straps, missing zippers, broken buckles, or structural failure of any part of the case. Loss of any item, part, or accessory is treated as damage. A deposit of £400 is held for the duration of the rental and returned only after inspection confirms the equipment has been returned in its original condition, no later than 7 working days after the instrument has been returned.
