We try our best to ensure the items are charged when picked up but are unable to guarantee this due to partially very short times between rentals. If you have an important project please book and pickup equipment the day before your shoot or ensure you have a few hours to charge the batteries if necessary. The flash uses aa batteries that will need to be added separately! It does come with batteries but there is no charge guarante. Some items are listed as “Optional” — if you don’t let us know you want that included we wont be adding it!

The seller sent incomplete equipment, so I lost two days of filming. In addition to this the seller will only allow couriers booked by them, but will not guarantee a time when the items are delivered. Communication is poor bordering on pushy. Would not recommend using this service.
