Vasanth was beyond accommodating and made a very stressful situation (being phoneless until my phone came back from repairs) full of ease! He met me at the station as I had no form of directions to guide me, talked me through retrieving my data from iCloud and waited with me until the rented phone was workable for my use once I left him! I cannot explain enough how patient and kind he has been throughout this whole process! I even had to extend my phone rental with him as my phone took longer to come back — vasanth had no issue and worked around me when I could bring it back. He really went above and beyond, and makes me feel like fat llama is one of the best kept secret if this is the type of service you can get here. Thank you soooooo much again Vasanth!!
