The deposit will be lost if the machine is not returned in the same clean and working condition. • The machine must be cleaned, reassembled, and returned wrapped properly. • Please book for a full 24 hours, even if you plan to return it earlier. • If the machine is returned late, damaged, not properly cleaned, or outside the agreed time, the deposit will not be refunded, and additional late fees may apply.

Not happy. Wasn’t able to get generator as was told day booking before that it had to be 24 hours minimum. Ended up not being able to access and wasted money. Would like full refund please
