Got scammed. Arrived for collection. Person on a phone never answered, read and constantly ignored my messages, wasted over 30 minutes running around the collection point, they kept telling me to come to another door, then to a different building, then said they left the adapter with security on the reception, who said they never received anything and then this renter said he didn't like my attitude and cancelled my booking, yet on fatllama marked it as collected. Absolutely negative experience and terrible communication, wasted time and money. Do not reccomend to anyone. P.s. I have all the screenshots of our communication on whatsapp, as renter did not want to use fatllama's messages

Excellent! Good communication, beautiful camera. It was my first time using Hygglo and I had to make very stressful pretty last minute arrangement with them, it was smoothhh sailing and saved me a mountain of stress!
