Absolutely waste of time! I picked up the cleaner in order to do carpets in my home before moving in, and the machine was just out of order. So annoying!

Anna was easy and quick to communicate with.  She gave clear instructions on pick up/drop off. Definitely recommend

Great machine. Steam water also included (a bargain). Quite heavy so make sure that you are aware that this machine is more useful for steaming floors etc. Nonetheless, you can take off the main triangle attachment and use the small nozzle to steam other parts that are more difficult to reach.
