Description
Part of my next Viking/Byzantine epic my character travels via Kiev/Kyiv to Constantinople. Based on real history/myth/legend the King was known as Yaroslav the Wise and ruled all the slavic lands before the emergence of the Russian Empire. He ruled for many years and even hired Harald Hadrada as his top mercenary before he sent him to Miklagard (The Great City). Even giving his daughter in marriage once HH became the top mercenary in Constantinople serving under 2 emperors before fleeing back home.
