The person was not there at the agreed time, and was not in any way contactable. I was there at the time specified, tried calling, tried ringing the bell. Another person let me in but I could not identify the item, I stuck around for 15 mins but ultimately I had to leave empty handed.

The equipment is in excellent condition and all arrangements were made very quickly, which is a big plus. It was very nice to have a manual with the equipment, just in case, and they didn't charge me for some extra things that were needed at the last minute.
