The item itself was in great condition, but where the renter said light gels would be provided, they put small squares of red and green coloured film; should have been CTO and CTB which is standard for controlling balance. Also, the pickup and dropoff location was incredibly inconvenient and inaccessible. It can be a lot of heavy kit and the renter should be more considerate of this.

Also, the pickup and dropoff location was incredibly inconvenient and inaccessible. It can be a lot of heavy kit and the renter should be more considerate of this.
