For E band it is free channel 70: 863-865Mhz and for GB band it is ofcom licensed channel 38: 606-614Mhz. This will depend on the type of used microphone and the loudness of the talent. 4. set up your output gain for the receiver (AF out). This will depend on your recorder 5. check the pilot tone and squelch setting according to your needs. 6. test all connections and sound free of interference and any other unwanted sound 7. do not stick any strong sticks or labels, which are difficult to remove or which are leaving residual glue (like some velcro stics) as this is difficult to remove and damages the kit.
