Awful experience with this hire Didn't even get to use the speaker as Jamie demanded it back before my party had even started. On collection the speaker wasn't charged so we wasted over 12 hours charging it. We didn't even have for 24 hours let alone get any use from it. Upsetting to say the least. He has very poor communication skills and zero care for customers. If I don't receive a full refund then I feel completely ripped off, and will never use Fatllama again. Appalling!
