Maya communicated well and pick up and drop off were easy.

The process of picking-up the buggy and returning it was smooth with easy communication. Maya was flexible about the time. Did not face any issues and found the buggy very useful.

We needed urgent stroller rental in London and were lucky to find Maya on fatllama. We quickly agreed and picked up the stroller within few hours. Maya was super kind and easy to collaborate with.

If I could give Maya more stars I would! She was prompt, organised and extremely friendly. She endured last minute requests, late night pick up and drop offs, but mostly she endured the rudest Uber driver on the planet and was still gracious and wonderful to me. I can’t rate her highly enough, she was brilliant! Superstar lender, thank you!

This is a really good, sturdy travel cot which was easy to transport, assemble and dismantle. The toddler slept very well and safely and we were very happy.
The collection and return went smoothly and Maya and her husband were kind and smiley.
