Amazing to work with and straight forward, easy to communicate with

It was advertised that it’ll be in two soft led case. Which weren’t the case. It was packed in half open backpack which was hard to manoeuvre with due to weight. with a cable tie which I had to cut to access the bag. But no replacement was given to tie it back up, so it was extra hard to carry around once finishing using it. Making sure the lights don’t fall out. 
 And one of lights screw knob was missing so it wasn’t fully safe and stable to place on the tripod whilst using.
