1 Neewer Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Light Stand with Adapter 300CM 1 Phottix Saldo 160 Light Stand Boom Arm 160cm The lightstand is nice and solid even though its Neewer. High, wide base and can take some weight. Using with the boom it will need to be sandbagged or weighted though as it will be top heavy. Its a good compromise when shooting without Cstands
