Released in 1995, it was one of the first Mini DV camcorders. This camcorder is so fucking rad, made famous by the skateboarding community. For the enthusiast amongst us, it’s the holy grail (well, one of them)! Its image has a distinct look, with a particular clarity and tone. The grain is perfect. The VX1000 has plenty of image control features. We also love the late 80s long body camcorder shape, which from 1995 was only retained in the prosumer cameras. Shoot a music video, a wedding, or your friends trying to skateboard. I rented 3 cameras from CamCo and they all were great! They were also super helpful and patient with giving me advice and spent time going through the kit thoroughly with me which I was very grateful for. Will 100% rent from them again!
