I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Germain was kindness personified. His patience with an elderly novice was total. The drone was immaculate. It came with a bank of three batteries so that one could fly straight out of the box for an hour and a half. We were lucky with the weather, and I felt very confident by the end of the session. Pictures recorded were very clear in high definition (4K). Although I used my own memory, Germain sorted out the problem I created by some of the footage being stored on the very responsive remote with a bright touch screen included. He even had a portable landing pad that avoided the problem of a small drone landing in woody winter grass. It all fitted into a neat little shoulder bag. I would strongly recommend Germain’s drone and kit to anyone else.
