I’ll write down my experience as it is, I hope it will be helpful for others.

The guy seemed to be nice, which is nice.

The biggest disappointment was the camera as new, but the condition of the camera was no where close to new. So it’s a false advertisement which is a red flag.

They tried to charge me extra £96 for sensor cleaning, all of a sudden when I did not approve it, it turned out that it was originally £55 (Jessops cleaning). I also have not received its receipt, so not sure whether they have really cleaned or not. So I had the impression that they tried to take advantage of every bit.

Furthermore, they have sent me a lot of non-sense messages with a lot of drama for no reason.

In shorty, if you’re looking for a mint condition camera and a peaceful rental, I don’t recommend renting from then. It’s too much drama and unnecessary adrenalin with the rental.
