Totally recommend William, and I'll probably rent from him again. The camera worked flawlessly! I didn't need to use all the other batteries since I needed it mostly for photos, but it was pretty cool to have them just in case I wanted to film. Also he included the EF to RF adapter, which was handy as well. Communication was smoothly, and I could pick it up and return without any problem.
