Easy pick up and drop off. The speaker battery lasted a good amount of time on high power and had a cable to power from mains. Very loud.

Everything was going well until 6.37am this morning. I was meant to pick up the power station from SE5 just to be sent a message this morning from the provider telling me that I now needed to go pick it up from an E5 post code instead. Bear in mind they 2 posts code are no where near each other and the whole basis of me picking it up from SE5 was beca it would have been closer to the area where it would be used. Last minute changes like this are completely unacceptable especially when there was time between when the booking was first request and today to notify me of this change to better understand and make a decision for myself
