Great lender.. commutation and hire perfect

I was using FirstCanaryWharf service for the first time and unfortunately I am very dissapointed. I rented DJI Ronin S gimbal just for one day and I got it discharged, without cable to charge and little tripod and that in consequence delayed my project. Moreover when I wanted to return it, the owner didn't come to agreed place. I have never had such a bad experience on Fatllama before. If you are looking for someone reliable I would recommend to chose someone else.

I had to write to an admin for  communication about pick up, and I got a different brand than what I've rented. No professionalism at all... I only gave 2 starts couse he was okay to get it back later than expected.

Nice and simple transactions. FirstCanaryWharf was flexible with pickup/collection times which was a huge help. Would rent again.
