Great for: - Indie film studios - Indie game studios - Film / game / media students - Music videos -------------------- High quality motion capture gear: The Rokoko and SDeviation gear we provide is the same as that used on games such as "Praey for the Gods", with music artists such as Lil Nas, and includes tech that won an Academy Award in the scientific and technical category in 2021. We have provided this solution to students of the UK National Film and Television School, the Frame Awards 2020 winner "Other World", multiple smaller Indie game devs, and others. You can checkout the quality of the gear we provide through the suppliers own websites and videos. Rokoko provide the Smartsuit Pro for body capture & Smartgloves for hand capture. These are both paired with Rokoko Studio to record your mocap data. The software is also used for Face capture. Whilst far more cost effective than an optical solution, easier to use, easier to setup, more portable and allowing for capture in a wider variety of environments including tighter / smaller spaces, inertial mocap solutions also come with the following trade offs: Lower positional accuracy and positional drift will occur which means a bit more time needs to be taken during data clean up compared with optical systems data clean up process. The system is not able to map movement very effectively if there is no ground contact such as spinning jumps during a dance routine. However, we also have a chest mount and second iPhone X so it is possible to achieve full performance capture for 2 actors at once, all be it with one using a slightly more limited method. -------------------- Technician available for a negotiable daily rate: For an additional daily rate we can also provide a technician. We come to you with the performance capture gear, set everything up, get you or your actor all kitted out then man the laptop and capture you or your actor during performance. We also deal with basic data clean up within Rokoko Studio for you and export your data ready for your use. Due to our costal location we can only provide facilitation to certain UK locations. The daily cost for facilitation can vary quite significantly depending on travel time, fuel, cost of board for multi day sessions and so on. Ask us for more info. Crash mats: When facilitating we can also provide crash mats allowing for falls whilst wearing the Rokoko Smartsuit and Rokoko Smartgloves. Great for death, falling, pratfall, takedown animations. -------------------- UK mainland wide delivery & collection available If you would like delivery and collection it can be included for £112.50 (including Fat Llama service charge). Once this item is booked you can visit the link below to book delivery / collection. Due to courier restrictions the following rules apply: 1. Your booking can not begin on a Sunday. 2. Your booking can not end on a Saturday. 3. You must book at least 3 working days ahead of your start date. Your gear is delivered by 12pm on the first day of your rental and is collected the day after your rental period ends. Fat Llama accounts for this within the booking system. If you book 3 days it will run over the course of 4 days with the 4th day being the day the gear is collected. Delivery and collection should be booked for a single day (first day of your rental) and does not represent your actual delivery / collection dates.
