Description
The RODE VideoMic Pro is a true shotgun microphone designed for use with camcorders, DSLR cameras and portable audio recorders as a source of primary and reference audio. It is very easy to use, fits straight into any shoe mount (or boom), and connects through a 3.5mm mini jack input. Just connect it to the camera, turn on the microphone and you are ready to go. It runs on a single 9V battery and does not need any power from the camera to function. Battery life is 70+ hours.
