I organised this rental 20 days in advance to assure it would all go to plan. I contacted the lender the day before the rental. He was online but ignoring my messages. He finally responded the next day, an hour before the time I needed to collect. He told me he’s away filming so I can’t collect after all. Unsure why he couldn’t have let me know within the 20 days. This lender wasted my time and gave me no time to rent another item. I was not able to source another item in time for my event. I would not recommend this lender to my worst enemy.

It was fine but back pack wasn't that comfortable because one of the straps was broken and no stand bags. Normaly wouldn't be issue but I was travelling on train so lack of bag was a pain.
