Good communication but camera was very dusty and sensor had a spot on it, which end up showing up on the footage. Also offered 3 batteries instead of advertised 4.

Good communication. I had an issue with one of the lights, it overheated and the bulb holder melted, which made it impossible to replace the bulb. I have no doubt that it wasn't Alex's fault, probably just a design flow, or bad luck. That was an unfortunate, but we managed the shoot without it
