Awful experience with this hire
Didn't even get to use the speaker as Jamie demanded it back before my party had even started. On collection the speaker wasn't charged so we wasted over 12 hours charging it. We didn't even have for 24 hours let alone get any use from it.
Upsetting to say the least. He has very poor communication skills and zero care for customers. If I don't receive a full refund then I feel completely ripped off, and will never use Fatllama again. Appalling!

The speaker was great and exactly as described, but the pick-up was disappointing. I was left waiting for almost an hour after the agreed time until Jamie picked up his phone, and sent his dad down to give the speaker to me who didn't know how it worked - not sure why Jamie didn't come down himself. Communication was fine, but not very thorough with telling me where to go for pick-up etc.

Jamie was super helpful in arranging pick up and collection and communication and responses were really quick.  It was my first rental and he helped me navigate it - thanks Jamie.  Equipment was also well packed and in good order.

Lender did not answer his phone to any of my calls. Bad experience
