I had a terrible experience renting a camera lens from Carlos. His service was appalling - he was rude and unhelpful. It seemed like he was only interested in grabbing money without any regard for the renter’s needs or concerns. The lens I rented was also in poor condition, clearly not well-maintained. I would not recommend this rental to anyone. Stay away if you value good service and quality equipment.
