SUP (Stand-Up Paddling) is a sport that has become increasingly popular in recent years. SUP is essentially a combination of surfing and paddling, where you stand on a large board and move around using a paddle. SUP boards are available in two different types: inflatable and rigid. In general, they are quite similar in terms of use, but each type has its advantages. The inflatable board is easy to carry wherever you go and much easier to store when not in use, while the rigid board is stiffer, resulting in better glide, directional stability, and higher speed potential.
