Burton Custom! Great all mountain board. Includes Union bindings that fit my boots! I use this board a few times a year. Rental Comes with: 1. Size (10) Lace up/ size Boa Salomon boots (I wear a size 10.5 shoe and these fit my foot perfectly) 2. (L) Giro helmet with ear covers! (Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) sticker is present on helmet!) 3. (L) Swany Gloves (only used twice last season) 4. Von zipper Goggles with two sets of lenses for snowy days and for sunny days! 5. Snowboard Burton Travel Bag Rental price listed is for just the board and bindings. If you want the other items we can negotiate a fair rental price depending on how long you want to use it! Board was sharpened a few months ago! Waxing the board depends on where you are going. I am happy to get it done for you! We can discuss where u are going and the best wax possible however you will have to pay for the wax. I believe it costs about 15-20 bucks for a fresh wax(don’t know this for sure)! As a disclaimer i will have u sign this before u are able to take my board or gear for rental in order to protect myself if anything where to happen during the time you are in possession of my board! Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that snowboarding is an inherently dangerous activity with risk of serious injury or death. I freely and voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather, and equipment failure. 2. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless [Payden Keith Rollinson] (“Owner”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, death, property damage, or any other loss arising out of or related to my use of the rented snowboard and equipment, even if caused by Owner’s ordinary negligence or equipment malfunction. 3. Responsibility for Equipment I accept the equipment “as is,” acknowledge that I have inspected it, and agree to return it in the same condition. I am responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. 4. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and defend Owner against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my use of the equipment.
