Strict adherence to this policy is mandatory to protect the unit. 1. Required Fluid This machine MUST ONLY use ADJ F-Series Water-Based Fluid (e.g., F4L Premium, F4L Eco). NEVER use oil-based fluid, as it will permanently destroy the heating core and internal pump. 2. Fluid Verification on Pickup The renter is required to present an unopened bottle of authorized ADJ F-Series fluid at the time of pickup as proof of compliance. If you do not have authorized fluid, you will be required to purchase a bottle to complete the rental. 3. Fees for Unauthorized Fluid Unauthorized Fluid Fee: Should the machine be returned with evidence of unauthorized, non-ADJ fluid (residue, discoloration, or component clogging), a mandatory $150 Cleaning & Maintenance Fee will be assessed. This covers professional servicing and decontamination. Severe Damage: If incorrect fluid use results in the complete failure of the pump or heating element, the renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged components.
