Despite the wide viewing angle of 122 degrees, the lens has virtually no distortion, making it ideal for your high-quality film productions. You can easily take the lens anywhere, thanks to its compact design. It measures 87 mm in length and weighs only 675 g. Where most wide-angle lenses give at least 2 to 4% distortion, the Venus LAOWA has practically no distortion. Therefore, also ‘ZERO-D’: Zero Distortion. In addition, it allows you to focus very closely. Already from about 18 cm (from the sensor) you have your subjects in sharp view.
