The renter was really friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole process easy and straightforward. The Neat Dupray steam cleaner itself was fantastic – it did an amazing job on the grout between our kitchen floor tiles, leaving them looking so much cleaner. Would definitely recommend both the product and the renter!
