Pioneer CDJ-900 Professional DJ Media Players (Standalone Pair)
Description
A matching standalone pair of professional Pioneer CDJ-900 digital media players, supplied in rugged, road-ready hard flight cases. Known throughout the industry as absolute workhorses, these players offer rock-solid reliability, multi-format playback, and seamless performance controls. This pair is the ideal, budget-friendly choice for bedroom DJs looking to practice on club-style hardware, local promoters setting up a second room, or mobile DJs who already own their favorite mixer. The decks come fully flightcased with all essential power and audio cables. What’s Included in the Hire: • 2x Pioneer CDJ-900 Digital Decks: Professional multi-format media players. • Essential Cables: 2x Main power cables (IEC), 2x High-grade audio RCA cables, and 1x LAN Link cable. Key Technical Features: • Pro DJ Link Networking: Connect the two decks directly using the supplied LAN cable to share a single USB flash drive across both players simultaneously. • Multi-Format Playback: Natively plays audio tracks via USB drives, MP3/AAC/WAV/AIFF CDs, or acts as a MIDI/HID controller for laptop DJ software. • Advanced Looping & Slicing: Features Pioneer's classic Auto Beat Loop, manual loop controls, and the intuitive "Slip Mode" for seamless scratching and looping. • Rekordbox Compatible: Fully compatible with Pioneer’s Rekordbox software for pre-analyzed track data, grids, and BPM matching. Collection & House Rules: • Transport & Handling: Both units are securely housed in protective, tour-grade hard flight cases. To guarantee safety, the equipment must remain inside its flight cases during transit. A car, van, or taxi is required for transport; this pair is not suitable for foot collection or public transport. • USB Drive Formatting (Crucial): Please note that the classic CDJ-900 players do not natively support exFAT formatting. Your USB flash drives must be formatted to FAT32 or MacOS Extended (Journaled) for the decks to read your music library. • Liquid & Environment Policy: The players must be kept completely clear of drinks, open liquids, and heavy smoke machine residue. The renter accepts full financial responsibility for any deep-cleaning fees or hardware damage caused by liquid spills. • Inventory Tracking: Both power cables, audio RCAs, and the LAN network cable must be packed back inside their respective flight cases upon return to avoid replacement fees. • Availability: Collection and drop-off timings are highly flexible. Please send a quick message to confirm your required dates before placing a formal booking request.
