The process of hiring Alex’s carpet cleaner was so easy. Communication was fantastic, he met me on pick up and talked me through how to use it and signposted me to a very useful YouTube video. 
The carpet cleaner itself was great. We were moving in to a new house and it worked perfectly to give the carpets a deep clean before we moved our furniture in.

Really nice guy. Was quick and easy to communicate with and gave helpful details about collecting the item and details about it. He went above and beyond and collected the speakers from us to save us getting a bus. Overall, great experience and definitely will rent from him again if the time comes.
