Very disappointing. After the booking was confirmed, the owner suddenly asked me to pay an extra £10 to £15 for his travel costs, which had never been mentioned before. He claimed the Blackwall Tunnel was £4 each way, even though the off-peak Auto Pay charge is only £1.50.
