If you have an important project please book and pickup equipment the day before your shoot or ensure you have a few hours to charge the batteries if necessary.

The item itself was in great condition, but where the renter said light gels would be provided, they put small squares of red and green coloured film; should have been CTO and CTB which is standard for controlling balance. Also, the pickup and dropoff location was incredibly inconvenient and inaccessible. It can be a lot of heavy kit and the renter should be more considerate of this.
