Description
Roland CR-80 Human Rhythm Player drum and rhythm machine, supplied with its power adaptor and protective hard carrying case. This is more than a basic drum machine. It was designed as a playable backing drummer, with complete rhythm arrangements that can be controlled while performing. You can switch between variations, add fills and breaks, trigger intros and endings, fade rhythms in or out and create complete backing-song arrangements. It contains 69 percussion sounds, eight sound effects and 36 rhythm styles covering rock, pop, swing, jazz, soul, R&B, reggae, Latin, house, rap and plenty more. The Human Rhythm controls allow the timing and feel to be adjusted so the patterns sound less rigid. Separate sliders control the levels of the kick, snare, toms, cymbals, hi-hats and percussion. It can also be connected to other instruments and studio equipment through MIDI, with stereo and mono audio outputs, headphones output and footswitch connections for hands-free control. Useful for solo performers, guitarists, keyboard players, rehearsals, songwriting, home recording, live performances or anyone wanting an immediate hardware rhythm section without using a computer. Included: Roland CR-80 Human Rhythm Player Power adaptor Protective hard carrying case The machine powers on correctly with a clear illuminated display, as shown in the photographs. It has some cosmetic marks from age and use, while the case has heavier external wear but still protects it properly. The external expansion-card slot is empty and no rhythm card is included. Supplied exactly as photographed. Collection from Hackney.
