We try our best to ensure items are charged when picked up but cannot guarantee this due to sometimes very short turnarounds between rentals. For an important project, please book and pick up the day before your shoot, or allow a few hours to charge if needed. Some items are listed as "Optional" — if you don't let us know you want one included, we won't be adding it.
