It features 16-bit linear sampling, 29 DSP effects (including filter, delay, voice effects, subsonic, and looper), and 12 velocity-sensitive pads for triggering samples. The SP-404SX is designed for both live performance and studio production, allowing users to sample sounds via a built-in microphone or import them from a computer via SD card.
