Worst rental ever. I asked clearly for two cameras and the lender forgot to add one. They also told me shortly before pick up that the camera was not available and had been switched. These people want to charge rates like they are a professional kit house but can’t figure out the basics.

The customer did not request to book two cameras through the Hygglo chat, so that statement is incorrect. In her initial message, she stated that she was happy to take either the Canon R6 or Canon R5, and we added the Canon R5 to the booking. Unfortunately, the previous customer who had the Canon R5 was due to return in the morning, but it was not returned on time for this customer to collect. We’ve informed her as soon as possible, and offered the Canon R6 as an alternative so that the booking could still go ahead. We believe this was a reasonable alternative, particularly as the customer had originally confirmed that she was happy to use either cameras. We always do our best to accommodate customers when unforeseen circumstances arise.
