Description
The HVR-Z5 is a professional HD camcorder with a 20x (optical zoom) lens, excellent low light sensitivity, three ND filters, dual XLR inputs (shotgun microphone is included) and low power consumption. It has a hybrid recording system: the Z5U lets you shoot to tape or to CF card, or both at the same time, so you can work with the familiar tape-based workflow or the solid-state file-based workflow as you see fit. NOTE: no Mini DV tape is included The rental includes: - Sony HVR-Z5 camera - HVR-MRC1 CF card recorder: a memory recording unit that captures the HDV, DVCAM, or DV stream output from the camcorder to a standard CompactFlash solid-state memory card (optionally, a simultaneous recording to tape is possible for backup). - Transcend 16GB CF card (records around 70 minutes) - 2 batteries (4200mAh and higher capacity 7650mAh) - Sony dual charger with charging display - Cable that directly powers the camera from the charger - Sony ECM-XM1 shotgun microphone (in addition to the good built-in mic) - Shutter-equipped lens hood that serves as a built-in lens cap - NEEWER CN-160 LED Dimmable Panel Light with cold shoe base to attach it directly to the camera. Lightweight (only 0.24kg), compact size (size: 141mm x 62mm x 150mm) and compatible with Sony NP-F550/F750/F970 Li-ion Battery (you can use one of the batteries supplied with the camera). Thanks to its excellent heat dissipation it can run for around 60-80mins. 160 LED lights for optimal lighting and diffusers. It contains 2 filters with spotlight effect and diffusion effect, which can reduce the colour temperature to 3200K. The rotary switch is used for brightness adjustment.
