Terrible experience. Firstly the ND is plastic, scratched and smaller the 4x4 as advertised (so won't fit in a standard 4x4 matte box) so I couldn't use it on the shoot leaving me without ND. Secondly, after Jack changed the collection time last minute I was left outside for an hour, finally his mum arrived to help me out. Also, no response re return time so I had to contact his mum again to organise this. Won't be using again.
