The renter will be held responsible for the replacement cost of cracked sensors or torn rubber pads. • Outdoor & Weather Restrictions: This unit is not waterproof. If used at an outdoor event or festival stage, it must be completely protected under cover/awning and kept away from damp conditions or direct rain. • Inventory Audit: All listed items—including the power cable, stick holder, stand components, and the mounting plate screws—must be returned together. Missing small hardware components will incur a replacement charge. • Availability: Collection and drop-off windows are highly flexible, but please send an introductory message confirming your dates before securing the formal booking.
