Information on: 1. The Pop-up Tent 2. Additional items that can be included with an adjusted rental price or single use items for camping that can be bought 3. Hygglo booking and price adjustment process and information I can be quite flexible with collection and return timings 1. Tent In my experience putting it up alone: - Easy and quick even without instructions (though I reccommend watching a YouTube video or smth before you lose internet access - it might save some confusion + I have seen people forget to lock certain parts before) - set up instructions in listing images - you’ll will be able to have the tent up and shift it easily without having to stake anything in - pretty useful if there are many other tents around (to get the best angle for the guy lines) of if you want to adjust where the entrance is facing - I have never used all the guy lines and it was still very sturdy - Has had no issues in rainy and windy weather or when people at festivals trip over the lines (fairy lights on lines is a good way to avoid that too - and helps with finding your tent at night) - has been good at Boom Town and Lost Village Specs available in listing images It might also help to watch a YouTube video while you have Internet connection 8 pegs will be included but just a note that pegs get bent and damaged all the time - so I will just need 8 undamaged pegs returned You can also buy extra pegs off me (which you can keep) if you don’t want to get some extra ones on your own (£0.30p per peg) which can be handled on collection (no cash) 2. Additional items can be included as part of a rental package but with renegotiated fees depending on the items and duration of rental a) Tent Mallet b) Rechargeable Tent Light (warm, white and red with adjustable brightness levels) with a Hook (can be attached to the top of the tent) c) A set of fairy lights (without batteries) d) Portable Electric Stove - requires plug e) Extension Wire (2m I believe will have to check) f) Compact foldable camping chairs g) Sleeping bag (has been cleaned) h) Mover X 200 L Camping trolley 97D x 60W x 61H I) Power Bank 3. Pricing and bookings on Hygglo a) separately listed, additional items will have their own prices per day per item but we can discuss set prices (where reasonable depending on the rental duration)] - I can then adjust the price through Hygglo accordingly b) anything that is rented and is to be returned has to be done through Hygglo for insurance purposes c) if it makes things more convenient I might also just do a separate listing for the customised agreement separately - but might depend d) if we’re changing the prices - the price can be altered after the formal booking request is made and before payments - therefore you will have to make the formal request first so I can change the price for your booking. This will not trigger the cancellation charges (i.e. the cancellation terms / policy - that only happens once payment is made - Hygglo also only considers a booking to be made and blocks that listing off for that time period once the payment is made - if not anyone will still be able to make offers and book it) e) hygglo secures bookings and takes a listing off for that period once payment has been made
